Service Agreement

This Terms of Service (“Terms”) is a legal agreement between Wealth Invest Corp (doing business as “Winvest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the individual user and investor (the “Client” or “Investor”). By accessing or using Winvest’s website and investment services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Anti-Spam Policy referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Scope of Services

Winvest provides an online platform and related services for individuals to invest funds and manage their investment portfolios in a secure and convenient manner. Our Services include tools for making investments, tracking performance, requesting payouts, and participating in our affiliate referral program. These Terms govern all use of the Services, including any content, functionality, and features offered by Winvest. By using the Services, you enter into a contractual relationship with Winvest governed by this agreement.

• Minimum Investment: To begin investing with Winvest, the minimum initial investment amount is $10 (USD). All investments must meet or exceed this minimum threshold as specified on our platform.
• Payouts: Clients may request withdrawal of available funds through the platform. Winvest processes payout requests in a timely manner according to our posted schedules, and will remit funds via the payment method on record for your account. Specific payout timing and methods are detailed on our website for transparency.
• Affiliate Program: Winvest offers an referral program that allows Clients to earn rewards for referring new investors. When a referred individual signs up and meets the program criteria, the referring Client may receive a commission or bonus as outlined in our affiliate program details. The structure of these affiliate rewards (for example, a percentage of the referral’s investment or profits) is disclosed on our website. All affiliate activities must be conducted in accordance with these Terms and our Anti-Spam Policy (see the Winvest Anti-Spam Policy for details on permitted promotion).

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Winvest’s Services are intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Winvest grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal investment purposes, subject to your full compliance with these Terms. 3. Client Obligations and Acceptable Use

By using Winvest, you agree to use the Services responsibly and lawfully. You must not misuse the platform or engage in activities that harm Winvest or others. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or another user’s account, or interfere with the normal functioning of the Services.
• Engage in any behavior that could be considered abusive, fraudulent, or that infringes on the rights of any other party. This includes refraining from posting or transmitting any harassing, defamatory, or misleading content.
• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the content or software provided through the Services except as explicitly allowed by Winvest. You are expressly prohibited from scraping data or reverse engineering our platform.

Winvest expects Clients to cooperate in maintaining a trustworthy community. You agree to comply with any applicable user guidelines or policies that we may publish (such as community standards or guidance on ethical investing conduct).

4. Investment Terms and Client Funds

• Investment Risk Acknowledgment: All investments made through Winvest are not subject to market risks and uncertainties. Winvest guarantee any particular investment results or profits. Any historical performance data or projections available through our Services are for informational purposes and are guarantees of future outcomes.
• Financial Advice: Winvest provides a platform for managing investments and personalized financial or investment advice. Any information provided via the platform (such as market insights, news, or third-party analysis) is general in nature.
• Deposits and Withdrawals: When you invest through Winvest, your funds will be used to enter investment contracts as described on our platform. You may deposit funds at any time (subject to the minimum investment amount of $10 as stated above) and may request withdrawals of your available balance. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Winvest will not delay payouts unreasonably and will communicate any issues should they arise. There is no penalty for requesting a payout of your own funds or earned returns, and Winvest does not charge any withdrawal fees.
• Affiliate Commission Payouts: If you participate in the affiliate program, commissions or referral bonuses you earn will be credited to your Winvest account. These rewards can be withdrawn just like any other funds, once they are credited and available.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials provided through the Winvest Services – including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, software, audio/video materials, and website design – are the property of Winvest (Wealth Invest Corp) or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Winvest retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its Services and content. This means that except as expressly permitted by us, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site or Services.

We grant you right to access and use the platform for your personal investment needs. This license does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you. Winvest, the Winvest logo, and any other trademarks or service marks displayed on our site are trademarks of Wealth Invest Corp. You are not permitted to use these marks without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of Winvest’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

If you choose to provide feedback or suggestions to Winvest (for example, ideas to improve the Services), you acknowledge that such feedback is given voluntarily and Winvest may use it without obligation or compensation to you. We appreciate feedback but note that providing it does not grant you any rights in the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

• “As-Is” Service: Winvest provides its Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to maintain a secure, accessible, and functional platform at all times, we make absolute guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted and error-free. Winvest claims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• No Liability for Certain Damages: To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Winvest and its directors, officers, and employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including profits, goodwill, data, or business interruption. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. Winvest shall be responsible for any loss arising from any events, such as network outages, cyber attacks, or third-party service failures.
• Warranty of Investment Results: Winvest guarantee that using our Services will result in financial gain. Any investment information provided is for educational or informational purposes and is a guarantee. We assume full responsibility for all investment decisions made through our platform.
